My name is Dennis Tresner. With the invalueable help of my wife Mary, we run Black Lake Buildings. Our family has been in construction for several decades. Our portable building business first started in Arkansas in the 1960's and then moved to Alaska in the 1970's. At the time, there was a high demand for quality buildings in the growing Mat-Su area. Many of our original builidings are still standing in good condition throughout the region. Quality was the priority then and remains our priority now.
